Before i go back to the grocery store for my money back, is it normal to have this happen to your ribs when you pull them out of the package?

Do costco ribs have silverskin?. But it should also be mild. They are smithfield vacuum packed.

Thank god i thought to wrap them separately. And furthermore, now i have to get my happy ass back to the store an hour after i should have already started cooking these things with some scissors so i can smell my next bag of ribs to make sure i get a decent slice of meat, sans taint.
